Adi serves as the key contact to implementations and understanding the goals of clients to provide seamless onboarding, training, and support. As a detailed-oriented individual with strong communication skills, Adi enjoys gaining in-depth knowledge of how an organization operates so firms get the most out of Paragon.

Adi was previously a Customer Success Intern at SightPlan, where he provided support to clients and helped write articles that served as resources internally and externally. Adi holds a B.A. in International Relations and a minor in Economics.
