Hilary Agin is an accomplished executive with over thirty years of experience across multiple industries, functions and roles. She joined BlackRock in 2007 as the Chief Administrative Officer for a large portion of the firm and subsequently served as Chief of Staff to the President and COO. She led major transformational efforts as Chief Operating Officer of the Real Estate Investment Business, Chief Operating Officer for Internal Audit and Chief Procurement Officer. While at BlackRock, Hilary served on the Human Capital Committee and Technology Risk & Controls Committee. She was also a member of the Corporate and Business Operations Executive Committee and Operating Committee.
Prior to BlackRock, Hilary spent seven years at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. where she was a Senior Managing Director responsible for operational excellence and expense management across the organization. She held various other roles at Staples in both sales management and corporate strategy and worked at Coopers & Lybrand as a CPA and management consultant.
Additionally, Hilary is a certified nutrition health coach and passionate about health and wellness.
Hilary earned a BS degree from University of Massachusetts, Amherst and an MBA from Boston University.
