Joshua is Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer of Paragon Data Labs (PDL). He oversees all processes and strategies related to revenue generation, including managing sales and marketing and building strategic partnerships. He is a member of the Executive Committee and sits on the Board of Directors.
Joshua is an experienced financial technologist with a proven track record pioneering new revenue streams in enterprise technology. He was essential in establishing and building Bloomberg’s Portfolio and Risk Analytics business as well as growing Bloomberg’s presence in Canada. As a Director at BlackRock, Joshua implemented the Aladdin enterprise investment management system on $400B in assets under management with project teams in trading, portfolio management, operations, data and compliance. He has a passion for leveraging technology to analyze cross-functional data across an organization. Joshua is a data-driven, technical sales leader with a curiosity and desire to improve processes and workflow.
Joshua earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in Finance from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. He is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute.
