Kara Nayden oversees the Customer Success team and focuses on the strategic planning of onboarding new clients and providing continuous support to existing clients. Kara acts as the bridge between Paragon Data Labs (PDL) and clients with the ability to identify client needs, resolve issues quickly, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client priorities are communicated and continuously met. In addition, Kara communicates client experience and feedback to key stakeholders to continuously improve Paragon and enhance Customer Success initiatives.
Prior to joining PDL, Kara was an Aladdin Implementations Associate at BlackRock. She holds a B.S. in Engineering Science and Economics from Vanderbilt University
